Committee/Costs for 2011/2012

Adult membership  £35.00                               

Junior membership £15.00

Social Membership  £10.00                           

 Joining fee £10.00 per person.                    

Rink fees are increased for next season to £3.00 per person per session. Practice sessions are chargeable at a minimum of £1.50 per hour.

We have a function room available to hire for weddings, birthdays etc. Holds up to 120 people. Cost - £150.00.  Full kitchen facility also available at additional £50.00

We can also cater for companies who wish to hire the function room or a committee room for business /team building meetings.

A special rate of £15.00 per hour is chargeable for this service.

Happy New Year to all our members.

All our Christmas nad New Year activities went well and we all look forward to another great year of bowling.

Sadly we have lost several members who have passed away in recent weeks, the latest being Tom Fletcher, a popular member who has played for many years. Our condolences go to Isobel.  

We are open to new members and if you know anyone who either plays or would like to learn the game, get them along to the Club where a warm welcome awaits. bowls is most definitely NOT a game just for the older generations - there are many younger people taking up the game so age is not a barrier.

If you haven't tried the game, as a newcomer I can thoroughly recommend it. and if you would like to try the game - give me a ring or send an email to arrange a time and you will be most welcome.

If you are working for a Company,  why not come down as a group and have some great fun and a very cheap evening out. Food can be supplied, subject to notice and the beer is cheaper than the local pub!
